Andre helped us with all our maintenance needs. We had just moved in, and he came back 2 days to help us finish all we needed. He also was very understanding of our issues and went above and beyond. Thank you so much Andre you are great!!

If youre a drug addict youll love this place ,you get to smoke it up and completely destroy your neighbors quality of life with zero recourse. Dognutters/zoophiles are allowed to let their animals defecate, urinate everywhere. Bark incessantly - their allowed to run free off a leash; so you joggers make sure you have pepper spray. Seriously. In general if you are part of a demographic thats highly disrespectful, ignorant, boundary crossing, needs to lurk, linger & creep this up place is for you. The Right to Quiet Enjoyment will never apply here anymore. This leasing company number three for this location & its getting worse. Invest in a P.O. Box or arrange for an alt pickup spot because mail theft is so real at this location. Trash valet operates 20% of the time. Yes the leasing company is fully aware. This is a PSA for decent people who deserve the basics of cleanness, peace & safety. You and your loved ones shouldnt have to suffer. * For the gutter snipes this place is all yours.* A RESPONSE IS NOT NEEDED.

Great apartment choice. I have no complaints when it comes to my stay at Canyon Park. The main thing I look for when choosing an apartment is organization within the front office & management, and I am very satisfied with Canyon Park. Any requests or questions I have are answered promptly, and all of the staff are so kind, as well as, AVAILABLE., which is very hard to find at times. Much appreciation to Alexandria Henderson the leasing agent for being so kind and all the work she puts in

Would not recommend living here. Reviews make it sound nice but this place is a 0/10. These people are money hungry, and to try and satifsy your needs they give you credits off your rent just for taxes to knock it back up even higher. The trash pickup guys do not do their jobs for weeks at a time which is also a $25 payment per month. I've had a package go missing out of the center, a case was started and never solved. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!
