This place has the best maintenance team ,Scott. The office staffs and the manager Brittany are very helpful and friendly. However, this apartment complex has a serious drywood termite infestation across Building D and E and the situation is absolutely out of control. The termites swarm every night. I have to clean up pile of termite poops every single day since I moved in 2021 Aug. They are all around the kitchen cabinets! The termite wings got in my food, my pillow, my water and my shoes.. everything. The termites hide in the walls during winter but they started swarming since spring. I reported the issue in Oct 2021 and the problem has never solved. The pest control said that theres no way he can just spray and kill them all. The whole building need fumigation which could cost $20,000+ to kill all the drywood termites that deeply rooted inside the building. They could damage the building construction if the landlord refused to treat it. This place is absolutely NOT LIVABLE!!!!!!

Living at Villa Lucia has been such a great experience! The office staff is very receptive and always willing to go out of their way to make me feel welcome and assist me in anything that I need handled. The maintenance team works fast for any requests. I have had a very smooth experience living here and would recommend it to any students looking for a place to sign while in college.

It is hard to find a reliable, safe, and clean place to live in Tallahassee, but Villa Lucia does it all. Not only is the apartment and premises clean and quiet but the staff is wonderful, specifically, Megan Stanley. She has been great to help me and my neighbors with anything and everything. Moving into a new place can be scary and you always expect to get screwed somehow, but after living here over a year I can say Megan and her team have done a great job at building trust and support. I would recommend the complex for anyone who wants to live near FSU and doesn't want to live in the absolute squalor that other complexes provide.
