        I give it a three because when I first went to the office to change information I put down online application the assistant or leasing agent wasnt friendly or helpful. It felt like I was rushed off. I left and three days later I was denied because my income was $600 short. I have forgotten to add my part time job which I thought I unloaded to online application. Just like I was rushed off in office the same with phone conversation. I just felt that it wasnt meant for me. The vibe. The aura.

      I apologize that you experienced less than 5 star service at Shadow Ridge! If you have experienced mold in your apartment, please call us! We take these concerns very seriously and respond immediately to any resident concerns. We While we do offer in-wall AC units instead of central AC, we find that that units are more reliable and offer adequate temperature control for the vast majority of residents. We hope that we're able to improve your experience with us in the future, and thank you for reaching out!
