Giovanni and his proffesional team, especially Iliana made sure at all time that the parts involved and with interest in a probate deal I had under contract, were always up to date, going that extra mile finding people, signatures, and handling the most complicated tasks in a timely manner that honestly I was not expecting as the probate took only 35 days since it started because the judge set the hearing for more than 10 days after reviewing all docs... I can honestly recomend this Law Group with my eyes closed.

I am a title agent that came into a closing file with a technical probate issue.
