Professional staff and they know how to treat you right. This is my second time using them and is now my first stop. I do shop around and get other quotes. Quality customer service and first choice on anything related to expensive jewelry or just honest advice. They were able to resize my great grandmothers ring to fit my wife and provided me with several options due to the high quality of the piece. Thanks for keeping this in the family for several more generations.

I went in here because I wanted to get a price on some jewelry I was considering selling. Everyone there was so professional and welcoming. They were honest and didn't try to push me to buy anything. They answered all my questions and were very attentive. Will make this my go to place for anything I need in the future. Highly recommend.
