I wanted to try a new florist in the area and boy did I pick the wrong one! It was a very important day for my wife and I know flowers would make her very happy. I picked out a bouquet and paid for it to be delivered. 6 pm rolls around and still no flowers. I decided to call to see where they were and was told that they attempted to deliver them earlier in the day. I asked what time this attempt was made and he told me 3:30. I looked at the security footage on the cameras at my house and no one came with flowers all day. He promised that he would deliver them the next day free of charge, the next day came and went and still no flowers. This guys is a joke, miami has plenty of other good florists don't be fooled by this place.
