SB needs to allow you to put cream, etc in yourself.
The staff is awful; can't seem to make coffee the way you want it without a hassle.
Lazy staff: even though they have time to just stand around, the place remains filthy.
Sadly, Starbuck's homeless policy, allowing them to act in any inappropriate manner, makes a two star review, one.
Another company needs to take SB place. They've only gone downhill.
