        Every time I come to this branch their ATM is down. Avoid it

        Would not recommend. Every decision has to go through central office and the legal department. A time and energy sucking experience. Local employees have very limited knowledge and no decision making power. If you just want a place to deposit your paycheck and savings I guess it would be okay. Anything else will be a headache.
