I am glad to say that this company did not meet but rather exceeded my expectations. I hired them to replace the windows and doors in my house for impact-resistant ones. Hiring a company for such a project was not an easy feat as I interviewed other companies that left me with the feeling that I was dealing with the shady used car salesperson types where their profit mattered more than my product needs and fairness. Other companies gave me obscenely high estimates wrapped into a load of the proverbial baloney. This company, on the other hand, came in, listened to my product needs, and gave me options that were fair and reasonable. To be clear, this companys products were not the cheapest around, but they were not crazily overpriced, and I believe that I paid a fair and just price for the product particularly with their commitment to leaving my property in clean and finished condition after the install of the windows/doors. Ordering was simple. The company was very patient and accommodating as we made changes time and time again. It took about 3 months for the windows and doors to arrive and then a week and a half or so to install. What set this company apart in my books is that they continued working until all areas were left to our satisfaction even after they were fully paid. They continued working on cleanup and refinishing about a week after the inspector signed off on the permits but continued working with finishing of all areas until we were satisfied. They simply went above and beyond evincing pride in their work and tradename. The companys staff members involved in my project showed knowledge and were diligent and professional. I highly recommend this company for impact-windows and doors. To the company, keep it up, stay the course and thanks.
