Help Me I'm Stuck Towing

I was matched with this vendor by All-State roadside. The dispatcher calls me asking what's wrong with yhe car. So I tell her engine won't start and as a result car won't go on neutral.. She asks if the car needs to be jumped. I said no engine won't start it is not a battery issue. So she asks how to put it on Neutral because she needs to roll it onto the flat bed. Really? This is your industry. You should know how a 2013 BMW can be put on a flat bed. I told her about the screw on the bottom method and also that is situations like this drivers carried skates. But she was too high stung thinking she knew better than me and continuing to push the charging issue. She said she would have All-State assign another provider to which I said great. Have them send me a competent towing company and I hung up.No stars, but that's not an option

I called at 3:00 on a Saturday.  They couldn't come out for at least 2 hours.  Then they weren't sure if they could come out at all because they close at 6:00.  My motorcycle broke down in a Home Depot parking lot and I needed to get it to my mechanic's shop.  I couldn't wait for another day, I needed help right then.  Their name seems to imply that they would be the ones to help, but that was not the case.I was able to find another company and they were there within the hour.  If you're going to operate a business, you have to be there for your customers.  If not, why are you in business?

I went through hell trying to get may car, which I had left over night in a shopping center parking lot because it would not start, towed. One company promised to meet me at a specific time and tow it. I finally notified them their serviced weren't needed after waiting over an hour and many calls and promises of "we are on the way". Others were unresponsive and even appeared not to want to be bothered. I called "Help Me I'm Stuck Towing". The driver called me back immediately and said he would meet me in 20 minutes. He arrived on time, assessed my problem, expertly handled the loading of my vehicle, and delivered it my repair shop. There wasn't a single thing they could have done in a more helpful and professional manner. One of the GOOD Ones! Service: Car towing
