Gloria Cardozo of Miami Management has been a delight to work with. The diligence she has shown during our transition of property managers is truly commendable. She is very competent, efficient, and knowledgeable in property management regulations. She exudes a great deal of professionalism, with a friendly and pleasant demeanor. Being a board member, it is a great feeling to know that Gloria is taking care of all aspects of the day to day operation of our community and keeping us informed along the way. They rarely answer their phones. They can't mail gate fobs to residents yet they claim to have the latest technology and features in the industry.

Gloria Cardozo with MMI, Inc has been an incredible addition to our community. She is a wonderful property manager and has definitely helped us with all aspects of HOA responsibilities. From property management to receivables and collections she has been incredibly helpful to us. She's instrumental to keeping us updated on current Florida State laws and statutes as well as ensuring that all our vendors perform their job to expectations and required renewals are made timely. She is also great with communication to the community for everyday items as well as more important items as we are going through some capital improvement projects now. As a member of the board of directors at Plantation Trace HOA, inc., I look forward to many more years of our association working with Gloria and MMI, ink.
