The Hartford

Was a customer of car insurance for full coverage twice there was a situation with the auto pay and the Hartford group failed to notify me though. I had gave them my email and permission to text message me so my insurance was canceled twice without notification so a broker told me that theyre so big that you get lost in their system so you just get treated like a number wouldnt recommend, theres a whole bunch of other groups out there way more affordable and professional . I actually got a better price for better service for full coverage auto protection

This company is the epitome of evil. Their lack of care coupled with the lack of care from this state of Florida screams illegal and scam. If you're one of the lucky ones they deem worthy, you'll be okay. A lot of the previous reviews are lies put there by the Hartford company itself. I am sure that in the future the Hartford will be in the news for the scams and illegal doings that they do constantly every day to people in want, people in need and people who paid for their assistance and didn't get it. Run, don't walk away from this company. Do not give them any business or you will find yourself on the losing end.

It is my second year with The Hartford car insurance, this year, I'm having several issues with them. But this review is about their True Lane APP. I monitored this APP very carefully and always make sure the settings are correct. It hasn't been working correctly since I renewed my policy last October. Now, I have a balance to pay on my account because they said my App wasn't on.

Terrible customer service!!! They don't return calls or give any position about the claim status.
