I was with this company for about three years. Automatic payments and renewals. My agent was always reachable and would answer any question. This year a received a quote from another company with more protection for $150 less a month. I sent the quote to my agent and he was very honest and told me I was getting a good deal. After I canceled I emailed him to ask why I was charged about $500, but he no longer worked there. The agent that answered my question told me that was a Penalty fee for changing companies. First time in my life I hear such thing. BEWARE. Not only I was paying extra for three years but they took $500.00 from me because I found a better product and more affordable.
