Tatiana, you're so patient, kind, professional, and a pleasure to speak with today!
I'd come across a bank statement from 2023, indicating I overpaid synergy, so I called.
I'd visited once before bc FEMA sent a letter, and Rex took care of me (another kind and caring professional!- 2 in one corporation, can you believe it!!).
On the phone for quite a long time as Tatiana meticulously went through the paperwork and clarified my payment schedule, policy, and payment plan.
She is so pleasant! Kudos to whomever hired Tatiana (and Rex!)!!... and my thanks for excellent service!

Im writing this review because of an employee who has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service. Stephanie Velez has helped and guided me through difficult times when lightning recently struck my house and caused much damage. She is extremely professional and explained what steps were entailed in submitting a claim. She checked up on me through the process and always made everything better with her positive attitude and encouraging words. Most people are in a rush to get through a conversation but Stephanie took the time and made me feel like that I as a customer, and what I was going through really mattered. Thought Id give a good review to a very nice person and hard worker! Thank you Stephanie and thank you Synergy insurance. I appreciate it.
