Been coming here for about a month and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quick fun workout session. They have multiple time slots throughout the day so I can workout whenever I have the time. All the staff are super nice and knowledgeable.

Amazing gym!
Highly recommend coming to this location, for years i went to the typical cheap gyms where i had to train myself in an environment that barely had working equipment or lines to use equipment.
Once i found f45 and invested myself into my health and fitness i saw an amazing change.
I was greeted with smiles from coaches who made me feel welcomed and comfortable, they showed us all how to do every station prior to starting and during the workout kept us all motivated and encouraged us.
This gym is one of a kind, It is clean, affordable and worth It.
They have free classes to try out before you become a member , i highly recommend giving yourself a chance to be the best version of you.

I love going to the studio. Its my third week and it feels really good. I didnt work out for the last 3 years (I had a baby) and the instructors have been nice and provided options for my level.
