AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!! They are absolute GARBAGE!! FPL subcontracted Pike engineering who then subcontracted Southern Engineering and Construction to do underground fiberoptic work on the easement outside my property. Without any previous notice, or authorization to be on my property, they took it upon themselves to work on my property instead of the easement and block my business entrance for hours over 3 separate days leaving construction debris and garbage from their worker's meals all over the entrance to my business. They not only blocked my business from operation, customers, deliveries, and ingress/egress, but they also did actual physical damage to the property with their trucks and construction equipment. I had spoken to Dennis "Mack" Makrancy who claimed no damage was done, then spoke to the owner Jeff Williams who claimed he would have it addressed and now it has been 2 months and I am being blown off. Nobody returns phone calls, voicemails, and emails. Jeff claims that he came to my business late to a scheduled meeting (with a 4-hour window that he requested) and that my business was closed, but I was here. I have been very patient and very reasonable to settle this in a amicable manner. Jeff, if you want to play games with me, maybe you'll take a lawsuit more seriously.
