Diesel

As a loyal enthusiast of Diesel for over 15 years, it's disheartening to share that my recent visits to one of their stores were far from satisfactory. On three separate occasions, I encountered staff members who were not only unhelpful but also displayed a level of rudeness that is not reflective of the brand ethos I've come to admire. It's my hope that Diesel takes this feedback into consideration and seeks out retail partners who are better aligned with the brand's standards for excellence in customer service.

The store closes 30 minutes before opening hours, although the employees keep harassing customers

With that kind of customer service they will need to close the store. I brought a pair of jeans with me and was looking for same style. No help whatsoever from stuff lazy disrespectful attitude instead

The manager is not professional, has a bad attitude and does not respect the customer, the most offensive person I have ever met and does not know how to talk to the customer.the worst manager they have and bad attitude, disgusting to answer and resolve, the lady should have a better attitude apart from if she has an offer and then they don't want to give it
