        I was really nicely assisted by everyone in the store, they also really helped me in finding the right sizes. Store is nicely kept and things easy to find.

        I bought some items online and the items were defective. When I went to the store I asked to do an exchange and pay a difference with more expensive items. The lady which appears to be of European descent was not helpful. It was easy for her to do a refund than to do an exchange. Banana Republic needs to tell customers that they will not do exchanges at the store despite the fact that both articles that Ibreceived were damaged.
