        Zero desire to help people. They have a policy to sign in By 3pm, I totally get that. They close at 4pm. I arrived at 3:03 after driving almost an hour to simply insert corrections which I have to do myself anyway. Instead of at least offering me the option to stay and be helped after everyone (the only have to pull the files that's it) they just sent me away in a very rude manner and told me the hours of operation. The worst customer service of any building department in broward County.

        City of Sunrise Building Department makes me proud of being a resident of this beautiful city. Thank you, Andrea at the front desk and Christopher Augustine, Building Official. These guys are the epitome of what customer service should be and an awesome example of the norms that should prevail in an interaction between building officials, contractors and customers.
