Short waiting time. Ive talked with 3 or 4 different banking reps and they have all been polite, helpful and able to answer any questions that I posed. I couldnt be any happier with my choice of banks.

These people play with your time and your money. I drove here in the pouring rain to open up a business checking account just to be told the staff member called out sick. I didnt receive a courtesy call or cancellation email. Mind you, it was 3:30 in the afternoon and the bank was completely empty. 2 staff in the front talking and twiddling their thumbs.
