Hello, Please dont sing your lease with their $14 fake renters insurance, they use it as a slush fund and dont pay out. I was lied to by the manager Iliana and she said they had an insurance to back it up. I have emails from the state of Florida and a letter from the state of North Carolina that says otherwise. Before you sign a lease make them remove the $14 dollar charge that they use as a slush fund and dont use if for their tenants like it says in the lease. Once they increased the rent 33% in three years, they no longer hold anyone accountable. They allow people to do whatever they want

My wife and I found Waters Edge 3 weeks ago, beautiful property in a beautiful area. A man named Daniel helped us first and was very professional and knowledgeable, Daniel is now our personal friend. We then met the property manager Nancy, well this woman is so caring and only wants the very BEST for new residents . We are so happy to have met people that are so passionate and caring about the customer! Thanks again Daniel and Nancy, we appreciate the warm welcome and love Waters Edge. Highly Recommend living here.

My wife and I just moved in and love it so far! Very quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking! Maintenance comes very quick and fixes everything promptly.

Visiting. But the complex can be better kept with the right Facilities leader and better staff who care about the property they work at. The place needs some TLC which by the looks of it requires new leadership and staff who really care.

This place is not a good place for black people. The office management is ran by Hispanics and they want Hispanic tenants and Hispanic staff. They're trying to push out black tenants which is OK because it's not as clean as it used to be or as safe.
