        I just went to Brandon Orthopedics whom I have seen for two years and since now I will not allow them to scan my drivers license, they can see it but they want to put it in their computer data base opening me to exposure for identity theft should they get hacked. When I refused they said see another practice. Currently if your license has National ID on it, you are part of a federal agency and it is a violation of the law to copy any federal document Title 18 part I section 33 § 701of the United States Code. Please take due notice and govern yourselves accordingly. In fact in Florida if they refuse to treat you they are in violation of state law and subject to a $5,000 fine.

        The front office staff is not pleasant. I literally just saw a front office associate shove a sign in sheet on the arm of a young woman.
