My husband had a 9AM appt today with Dr. Howard at the Sun City office. He arrived early to fill out paperwork and they didn't even open the doors until after 9AM. He sat there for 45 minutes before being told that the Dr. is not even there yet. How completely unprofessional. He left and will be finding another office to go to. Don't waste your time here. They do not value patients time.

I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She's personable, pleasant, knowledgeable....and a great surgeon. Her staff was on top of everything from the first visit up until my surgery. Special kudos to Dacia(sp). She took the time and answered my every call. Sometimes multiple times a day. She's a gem. I'll choose Dr Giffard every time. Thank you for your outstanding care

Dr Herman was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions. He did not push a surgical procedure, his experience was well qualified to perform. The staff was kind, courteous and helpful

Very unprofessional, had not even looked at my test and made his own conclusion on what I needed. Talk about a god complex. I wouldnt have him cut my meat let alone on myself or a loved one. Dont walk away from this man. Run!
