Want to share a BAD review!! Looking to rent a property in Sun City, 55 older, found one could no believe the fees to move in Berkshire!!!??? Ok, 350.00 cleaning non refundable, 75.00 each of us to run a credit report, 500 non refundable for my dog another fee AND first and last!!!! Who can afford this in a senior crummy, just to rent are you kidding me!!! All those fees!! Berkshire is getting??? DONT USE this company big rip off!!! Christine

My wife and I were looking for a realtor to sell our house. I noticed Lynn was in the area and gave her a call. My wife and I were very impressed with Lynn on our first meeting. She provided detailed information based on her research. We decided to list with Lynn and on the second day that our house was on the market Lynn called and stated that she had an individual who had offered full price for our home. Of course we were elated to hear the news. We have since closed on the house, which from the time it was placed on the market until closing was approximately three weeks. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent.

Friendly, very knowledgeable about the area and what people want I've sold 2 properties in 6 months and both sold quickly.
