        So pleased that Michelle RN took charge of my fathers case after seeing him on the weekend for his treatments. She was proactive with contacting his physician to facilitate the continuity of his care. She kept me well informed of his course of treatment and was professional, kind and patient with my father and mother. Crystal D was very helpful also with the set up of my fathers home care, and the other nurses who assisted with his care were well appreciated.
