        We had a great experience with our purchase. Steve did a great job showing us the properties & guided us through the closing. Bill went through the unit with us to make sure things were in working order prior to move in. They had even cleaned just before closing date which was greatly appreciated. We had gone through this process with a different builder a few years ago & none of these things were done, actually quite a nightmare with a laundry list of problems so we could really appreciate how smooth this went. Minor issues shortly after move in were quickly addressed.
