        Weve been renting in the keys for 20 years. This is by far the worst rental company to rent from.. They will nickel and dime you and charge you for every little thing, This is the only reality company that charges for utilities. So dont be fooled . Reported a broken shelf in the refrigerator and they still charged us out of our deposit. Also charged an outrageous amount for water when the pool obviously had a leak in it because it would go below the skimmer every day. When they should have thanked me for not letting the pool pump burn out . Would not recommend renting from Action keys realty company..
