A disaster! We hired Dean to repair our split LG unit downstairs in our Summerland Key home. After numerous excuses and charging a ridiculous $180 an hour labor, He claimed it unfixable! Then he has the #alls to try and bill us for a fan, we never ordered, we never discussed and never showed us an invoice for, for over $500. HE claimed he deals with a parts company that won't take the parts back. (Yeah right). Can't make this crap up. DO yourself a favor, GO TO SOMEONE ELSE! You've been warned!

Fixed our walk in cooler at work quickly so we decided to have him look at our homes AC. Another local company damaged our 2 yr old system on a yearly check up and refused to fix their mistakes. Called Powerhouse and now I know it will be done correctly. Polite, honest, trustworthy, and on time. Update: after 3 hours our AC system is working great. Thanks Powerhouse!

If you're looking for a reasonable, qualified and competent AC installation & repairman, you've found him. It's not difficult to write a 5 star review when everything goes great. Dean and company walked into a real AC mess that another contractor had misdiagnosed and gouged me for a repair that failed soon after. Dean quickly repaired the unit! Being a rental condo I then decided it best to replace the unit. Power House HVAC prorated the repair toward an entirely new system, that Dean registered with the manufacture, an important step. The new system has LED ultra violet air purification and a Sensi digital wi-fi connected thermostat. I can now easily monitor & adjust my AC unit from anywhere with a phone AP., a must for a rental. All this at a very reasonable cost. Side note: As with some newly discharged Marine veterans Dean is not much of a talker. Direct works best with him. I'm hoping he adapts to the Key West snake oil contractor scene while staying just the way he is. Services: A/C system repair, Installation
