Although we had some scheduling challenges. The countertop crew was incredible. Josh was leading this and his expertise was greatly appreciated. All is well that ends well. Love my countertop and the plumber that they sent out, Dwayne, is our new friend. Perfect job on install.

Job started December 26- fully finished March 8. Lots of days we had no shows, very little communication with schedules, NO PROJECT MANAGEMENT, but all contractors were very polite, helpful, understanding and professional. We, as Homeowners often needed to reach out just to find out what was happening daily. We would sometimes get calls at 8:30 am letting us know someone would be coming that day. We spent too much time at home just waiting, only to find no one coming that day. No calls from them to check on progress and at one point we needed to contact contractors ourselves because things were scheduled before it could be done. We had to purchase all fixtures, mirror, and toilet in addition to our contract. Grout in shower had to be redone at one point. Although the work mostly looks good (with exception to the pitch on shower floor drain), I cant give more stars BECAUSE of lack of communication and management (we saw Robert once when he gave estimate, once at his shop, and once when we were complaining about the grout.)

We couldnt be more please with there work they did for us. Their people are very professional, polite and we would name them one of the best contractor we have worked with in our remodeling of our two homes.

I gave Burns Woodworking 5 stars overall because for every bump in the road (there were few) they addressed the problem immediately. The job turned out beautiful! Very happy with the project and will use them again for a small job I have left to do. Here is the break down of the job for my kitchen and bathrooms: 3 stars for office communication. (I would recommend Crystal, she responds immediately.) 5 stars for their carpentry, construction staff and counter installers, they are really good. Jake is exceptional! Subcontractors: 5 stars for electrical, plumbing, tile work, wall and ceiling prep work (for ready to paint). 3 stars for the cabinet painter. I wasn't happy with them, the cabinet doors came out fine, the Burns staff (Jake and Don) had to fix the paint on cabinet boxes in kitchen and bathrooms. Jake wouldn't leave until I was happy. One thing I would like to add, after the job was finished and we made our final payment I found a chip in one of my floor tiles. I spoke to Andrea (the office manager) and within two days she had the tile contractor out to replace the tile. You can't ask for more than that. .
