I was so excited after I moved to Smmerfield that a new Floor and Decor was opening a little over a mile from my home. Everytime I drove by I was watching to see when they opened. They were finally open and I stopped by. They were actually open for contractors only. I apologize but Cheryl said no problem you will just give me some practice. She was the best helping me with tile and flooring for my master bath. That took a few visits. Next project was LVP. Jovon was a big help and knowledgeable. Next was my encounter with Rachel. She is so sweet and knowledgeable. She was helping many of her coworkers when they got stuck on the computer system. She was always busy but never too busy to welcome me. She was so knowledgeable about everything that I finally asked her if she was the manager. She laughed and told me she was the cashier. I was really shocked. If I had a business, I would definitely hire her and promote her quickly. We had a selfie of us on my latest visit. We laughed and said we would probably see each other soon. Floor and Decor is definitely my go-to store for all my home projects! .

Douglas and Justin were a huge help. This store has just about any flooring you can think of except carpet. Pricing is clearly marked and if you can't figure how much you need.......ask Justin or Douglas. Theynalso carry showers, vanities and tile. I am very happy with my purchase.

Jesse walked me around the store, set up a quote for a project for my dads house. Brought me over to the prodesk where Austin explained to me the benefits of becoming a pro. When my dad comes in he will be sure to set up his pro account and get everything for his project.
