        The Best ran estate sale I ever went to!! I had a blast , brought the family with me and we loved it !!! Bought a whole bunch of high end stuff at great prices !!! Eric and Tonya are a class act and great people !!! We all loved Miss Peggy , JR was awesome , he gave me the sales pitch that closed the deal on a great buy !!! Heather was so funny at the checkout and the one guy actually went swimming in the river to help me pull the boat out ! That's dedication !!! Thankyou for a great weekend !!!

        Everything severely over priced, been to hundreds of estate sales in the area and they genuinely are ridiculously over priced.

        Great sale today! Can tell ALOT of effort was put into such delicate items and timeless pieces. Staged so beautifully. As soon as we walked in. We knew we was not at a yard sale but an ESTATE SALE.

        Overpriced, the lady in charge has an attitude. You could go purchase items brand new in the store and save 75% After speaking to some of the employees onsite they said that they are not sure where they got their prices due to the overpriced items and agreed they were highly priced one even mentioned another estate sale in Tampa that had the same items for 80% less. I found multiple items with appraisals on the bottom while the price of the item was listed above that appraisal by $50-$75. These people are so money hungry, no wonder they mark it all up to insane prices. 90% of the items posted online were still at the home on the second day. The response on it being a multi million dollar home or some other line, this home built in 1961. This company is not only ripping off their customers they are taking as much as possible from clients by marking everything up to insane prices. With their track record I can only imagine its their workers or family and friends giving them 5 star reviews.

      We would like to thank you for your review. This estate is a multi-million dollar estate and is certainly not your average estate sale. Most items in this estate have been valued by 3 different appraisal companies from outside of our company. Having said that, our clients always reserve the right as stated in our contract to have expensive fine arts sold in the appropriate settings. If not sold at the estate itself we have other outlets to get our clients the most income from specific items. I will also respond to your wife's review on our company name. Knowledge is the key. Please remember that when you walk into any business serving the public.
