        Jack Flanigan was my broker for the purchased of my boat in Wilmington NC. I can't say enough good things about him!! He was awesome!! He drove up from Florida for the survey to provide insights and advice! During the entire buying process, before, during, and after, Jack was extremely helpful in guidance, finding contractors and surveyors in the Wilimington area for repairs and such, and the boat needed a generator that was unavailable anywhere in the NC/SC area so Jack offered, if one could be found in South Florida, to personally go get it and drive it up to Wilmington to deliver it AFTER the deal was done!!!! Now thats service and salesmanship!!! I highly, highly recommend Jack and his expertise!!! Thank you, Jack!!!!
