Martin Health Physician Group Urgent Care

Completely overcrowded, people were being turned away, people were frustrated and leaving and I have been sitting here an hour and a half ....WHY ARE ALL THE OTHER CLEVELAND CLINIC URGENT CARES CLOSED ON THE WEEKEND ??? Funneling the entire area into this one understaffed location is foolish, irresponsible and cost cutting BS that has blown up in your faces. Fix it CLEVELAND CLINIC

Very good experience. Front desk staffed with 3 people so no waiting when you walk in. Waiting room chairs very spaced out so dont have to sit too close to anyone. After checking in, had to wait almost an hour, but that was manageable. Went into exam room. Saw the first nurse who does the vitals and gets info on why we were there, etc. After she left, X-ray tech came in a few minutes later and too my husband for an X-ray. Doctor came not a minute after they took husband to xray. X-ray took less than 5 minutes. Doc came back in as soon as husband was back from X-ray. She was great. Energetic and positive and thorough and knowledgeable. Spent an appropriate amount of time with him, wrote up prescriptions and we were on our way. Excellent experience.

Theres nothing urgent about this place . Might as well call it they dont care I wish I could give zero stars. My wife could come here from Fort Lauderdale and still sit in the waiting room with me for god knows how long

Understaffed and inefficient. 3.5 hours to diagnose a sprained ankle and waiting for the 1 doctor they have to handle the situation. Instead, if there was more proactive mgmt, a nurse or similar could have handled this minor problem much faster it would seem, as they have 5 other staff members chit chatting doing little else. Nice people here but healthcare system is broken clearly.

Didn't even get seen because the the receptionist, Rose, was rude and incompetent. They tried to overcharge on the co-pay and when we decided to go elsewhere we were thanked for wasting her time.
