I originally contracted a roof replacement with a company known as Southern Roof Systems. They were satisfactorily recommended. They were the lowest bid I received, which should have been a red flag. They did half of the job in a week, removing the old roof and installing the under layer. Then they stalled for 2 months, until they finally stopped answering calls and disappeared. Beware of them, they are scam artists. Luckily I found Kelly and George at Ryan Holmes Contracting. They were outstanding! Kelly straightened out the mess with metal supply, permits, and inspections. George and his crew finished the roof in two days after the metal was delivered! He assured me that any work already done by the previous roofer would be to his standard, or it would be redone right. He did an outstanding job! Ryan Holmes Contracting are courteous, reliable, on time, professional and HONEST! I offer my highest recommendation for them.
