My experience with The Roofing General was fantastic! From contracting the job to the final clean-up, every element was handled professionally. Tearing off the old roof and putting on the new was done with skill, precision and efficiency. When heavy rain was forecast midway through the job, the roof was inspected for any potential trouble spots. Within the hour, the site was quickly secured. The rains came, and there were no leaks! Great workers. Great staff. Great company. I highly recommend The Roofing General.

If there were more than 5 stars that's what I would have given the Roofing General! I got estimates form several local roofer's . ( keeping it local I went with The Roofing General) Nicole is a gem! I was replacing a roof on a rental property that is a duplex. The neighbor stated she didn't need to replace her side at the time. As our side began roofing replacement. I tried driving by daily to check progress. I did not know the adjacent property was getting an addition, which reveled part of their roof needing to be replaced. After a drive by inspection, Nicole called me immediately to let me know the roof was being done on the adjacent property. For resale, it would have killed it for property value for either side. I called the roofer of the other side in time and they were able to get the same product that was on my side to finish the roof. Thankful for Nicole's help, she gave me the name of the roofing product and color. It was a match. I was given updates every step of the way. Any other roofing company(including the one the adjacent property had) did not question the product that was going on my roof. This is the attention to detail that a home owner needs!
