If there was a zero star I would hit it. So unprofessional.I had Natalia and she was very rude,short and uncaring. I went thru the appt, she prescribed. 5 medications for severe depression 4 days ago and she still has not called them. They are liars and crooks. I believe the place is a pill mill. Stay away. A mental health facility should never treat patients this way.

I was skeptical about this when I read all the bad reviews before coming here, but after giving them a shot and going through 5 visits, They truly dont care about treating their patients, they just care about taking money from your pockets.

Terrible, horrible, very bad. Dont waste your time here. No one cares. Find someone who understands you and wants to help with your mental health. I cannot find anything nice to say. I struggled for 8 months under their care. Dont let this happen to you, you deserve better.

Wow this place should be SHUT DOWN dealing with Mental Health and they are most non-empathetic people Ive ever encountered. My teenage son already a patient hadnt been seen in almost a year updated my insurance with them last Thursday and told the appointment has to be in person since its been almost a year since they saw him last. Then received a voicemail on Friday when running my insurance again for a second time somehow I was in a grace period and my $20 copay was going to be $120 emailed the front desk man named LEO a receipt that my insurance was definitely active/paid in perfect standing told ok you are good see you Monday afternoon and it will be the $20 copay. End up having to leave MY job 2 hours early today to take him get there and told I have to pay $65.92 if I want him to keep his appointment. I had parked at wrong end of parking lot so when they took my son I said I was going to move my car closer which I did and was on the phone with my insurance when literally 5 minutes my son comes walking out of the building. So they forced an in person visit charged me $65.92 to keep visit even though my copay was already verified more than once that it would be $20 to not even evaluate my son literally told him we will refill the medication you were on. When I called after getting home very upset about the entire situation the office manager HUNG UP on me WOW
