Waited for 3 months to complete my taxes then she never sent them. When I confronted them for a resolution I got a refund and a letter to take my business elsewhere. Unprofessional. Beware. If you like waiting months for your taxes to not be filed this is the place for you.... oh and I had another tax company look at what she did.... not only did they screw them up so badly I would of been audited but also missed out on 3k worth of refund. Maybe I dodged a bullet on this one.

I was nervous that I didn't have all the required documents for my tax filing, since this year's filing had been more complicated than others.  However, Ellen organized my documents and directed me how best to obtain the missing information.  Ellen instills confidence, and Cindy assists when I have issues logging into the portal and guarantees a prompt response when I call with questions for Ellen.

Very nice staff! They process my husband's payroll and they always do a great job. Ellen is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a very hard worker and will go out of her way to assist you. Ellen has lived and worked in this area for many many years and has tons of experience in taxes and payroll. My entire family goes to her for their taxes every year!

I have been using Diversified Financial for about 5 years or more. After working with many other tax professionals, I trust Ellen with my financial information and getting the job done in the best way. She has always been very responsive when I have questions or concerns, explaining everything so that I can easily understand.
