        Its no wonder why firehouse is not more popular. Once again they made my order wrong, literally 4 consecutive times. The bag and receipt it absolutely covered in all different sauces, incorrectly made sandwich, filthy store/work station. And to corporate do not attempt to contact me with any free sandwich vouchers like you always do because theres no point, the staff will probably make it wrong anyways and it will be just another trashcan sub

        We've ordered from the Stuart location four times and three of those times they have made mistakes on the sandwiches. When we call to let them know Nobody answers the phone so we throw away the sandwich and lose our $15.00. Extremely upsetting, will never use this location again!

        Usually have great experiences here, ordering ahead and picking up subs. Online it said you were open until 8pm, so we ordered ahead for pickup at 7:35pm. Arrived at 7:38pm and everything was closed. Had already taken our money, too, so yes, 1 star for this visit.
