        I have been on travel for work for the past two weeks. This is my third hotel in this trip, but I had to make it a point to say that the desk receptionist, Loudy, was absolutely the best!! Her first impression exuded top tier customer service! And whats even more impressive I checked in at 10PM and checked out at 1030 she was who greeted me with such high energy! Absolute pleasure!
