Place is nice but really outdated. PTAC units are way undersized and placed in the wrong area of the room so it never shuts off and feels warm in the room. The hallway lighting is still on CFL so not as energy friendly as most. As a typical franchise hotel things are as to be expected. A little worn down and in desperate need of a refresh or reno. But it's quiet"ish" and is pet friendly. By quiet I mean inside the hotel is as quiet as a mouse. Not a lot of kids horse playing or anything of that nature. I can't complain about the cleanliness it was decently clean but like I said things need to be refreshed which is what gives it the off feeling that something is left to be desired. The tub/shower is older all the way down to the mixing valve. It drips (luckily we don't pay the water bill) light switches feel their age. Lights are different colors and some are CFL some are LED. Mosies was great and fun to talk to but I just felt there was a little bit left to be desired due to the dated feel. If I had to rate 1-10 I'd give them. 7-10 everyone was amazing but the budget needs to increase to give the hotel much needed updates. Rooms: Rooms are a bit dated but super clean Nearby activities: There's about 1000 things to do nearby so you won't be bored on a shorter trip. Noteworthy details: Important to note that the hotel is a little dated but makes up for it in service quality.

For a business traveler this is NOT a good choice. The rooms havent been updated forever. Internet is horrible. Avoid this one if youre a business traveler.

First time staying at this location. Room was very nice and as I stayed ten days, they serviced it every other day, which was fine. Every staff member I encountered was polite and always eager to help. Property overall is kept clean and it seems there was always someone cleaning around the common area and grounds. I was visiting family so I did meals offsite, but Hampton Inns always have an adequate continental breakfast. My only suggestion for potential stay at this location is that if you're a light sleeper, you should request a room on the "off street" side of the building. Half of the rooms front the US1 side and the other half front the parking lot. I had occasion to use the on site laundry room and there were two washers and two dryers. While they took quarters, I was told they would be going cashless in the near future. Wifi during the evening was spotty when more folks were back at the property, so I opted for the daily charge for higher speed. I will definitely use this property again!!! Rooms: Rooms were very nice and had a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. If you are a light sleeper, be sure and ask for a room facing the parking lot.
