They're customer support is really bad. Tell you what you want to hear over the phone and then you get no follow through. Been holding on for 6 months in hopes that the culture will change over there. Nothing so far. Time to go shopping again.

They were on the ball when my insurance company went out of business. I only had 30 days to get things in order . My old insurance sent notice a week and half late . But jaguar let me know as soon as they were going out of business. And allowed me a full 30 days to get home repairs in order and ready for new home inspection. They did good getting me better coverage for a cheaper rate because they checked for credits that I qualify for .

My loan officer called to confirm the home insurance status, and they are stating that my policy is not currently active. So I called them to verify, and they were so rude and ignorant. So I called Edison insurance wait 35 minutes to confirm that my home insurance was renewed and active.

Great personal service, always looking out for me and my properties. Fortunately, I havent had any claims but I know I am in good hands with the Jaguar team! Highly recommend.
