We are completing our 3800 square foot residential project in Palm City. Mosley did the slab, block work, and installed the roof trusses along with sheathing. I have over 40 years experience with industrial Construction so I decided to do this project owner build. Mr Moseley and his team have been in the concrete business for over 54 years and it shows. He personally visited my site quite a few times. When I met with Mosley the first time to review pricing and scope of work they had their construction manager at the meeting. He had the drawings with him and clearly had been through them. This was the first good sign that they really knew what professional construction is all about. I have had other contractors make unsolicited comments about the quality of the slab and block work on this house. This is pretty unusual because often they want to complain about the prior work. My flooring contractor and stucco contractor both told me they don't see slabs and block work to this quality very often. Whether you are a project manager in need of a concrete and Foundation contractor or an owner Builder looking for a very high quality shell contractor be sure to consider Mosley. If I were building another residential project I would sole source Mosley and look forward to working with Mr Mosley and his team again.
