I called this morning to order flowers for my mothers birthday. The flower arrangement she received was above and beyond expectation. I just gave the Kathy a little bit of colors that she likes and told them to design something beautiful. The customer service I received from Kathy was amazing. She was so kind and even said she could try to deliver today or first thing tomorrow! I cant begin to thank you enough for helping and making my moms day extra special.

Ordered wedding bouquet and boutonniere 2 made yet.months in advance and paid in full 3 weeks in advance. It was supposed to be ready at 10am Arrived at 12 noon and it was not. We paid a premium for mothers day. The employee said I don't have anything to do with weddings. We asked if the owner kelly was there and she was in the back making it in a hurry. Not sure we got the quality we paid for because she put it together in less than 10 minutes. She also didn't come out to apologize face to face. She didn't come out of the back and made her employees take the heat. Very unprofessional. deawith her mistake. Very unpro

Very rude and unprofessional from start to finish. Very simple order, a bridal bouquet and a buoteniere for a wedding. We were charged a premium because it was mother's day weekend which we accepted but when we showed up the day of our wedding to pick them up they had forgotten to prepare our order. Any of you that have been married know you are rushed for time on your wedding day. How does a professional florist forget, and we had prepaid. We asked to see the manager but she did not have the courtesy to come out and talk to us or apologize. She was also not very polite when we ordered or when we called to check on our order in advance. You can do much better at another florist or even Publix.
