Dr Gambino is amazing. I can't say the same for the office staff. I can't count the number of times I've called, been left on hold and disconnected. Called, left on hold, then disconnected. Can someone help me to understand how this is acceptable? What about those patients that need immediate care, not an emergency? The office staff needs to come correct when it comes to their communication. Maybe they just don't care. I mean, they only respond to the positive reviews. If it wasn't for the doctor, I would be going elsewhere. Hopefully they can learn to do better.

Denies access to my prescription refills. That's illegal. But they don't care. The Florida law does not require monthly visits if a patient's condition is treated with a controlled substance, but yet they won't fill my prescription until I come in next week so I will have been 7 days without my medication.

P.A. Alexandria Bretz goes above and beyond re: her medical care. I highly recommend this office. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring staff.

The nurse practitioners and the doctors at this practice are good. However, the administration processes are horrible. I had a mammogram and results required. Follow up testing with radiology. This was over a month ago. The radiologist did reach out to family comprehensive care for an order for a follow up test. They refused to respond. I physically went into the office, spoke to the practice manager, who assured me that the nurse practitioner would write up the order. That was over three weeks ago. I have called left several messages and Ive actually spoken to someone earlier today. She had me on hold for 20 minutes. When she came back, I was in the middle of something and I asked her to Wait. I came back to the phone less than two minutes later and she had hung up on me. The reception area is filthy. The lady to work behind the front desk are rude for the most part with a few exceptions. Overall administration of this practice is horrible. I do not recommend them at all.
