Misrepresented window delivery Does not use wholesale contractor suppliers instead goes through two different companies windows design MATHEW YORGEY REAL ESTATE MICHAEL BENTACOURT and country club remodeling CHRISTINA ADRIGO to ORDER windows. my windows weren't ordered until after July 2022 despite him receiving over 10k in April 2022. Strange since 1976 he does not maintain a professional relationship with ABC contractor supplier where the windows could be ordered directly by the contractor and for substantially less than the cost he charged me. In Robert's response to the BBB he stated my windows were delivered and ready to be installed 9/19/2022 over 8 WEEKS past the promised date and emails Martin County sheriff stating they were delivered on 10/4/2022 so why did he demand payment at my home for materials he didn't have on 9/19/2022? He keeps two attorneys handy Lance Richards and Howard Heims that he uses without retainer. and countersues for defamation when his dissatisfied customer leaves an honest review on Yelp I would not recommend this contractor

We are really pleased that Robert helped us finish our beautiful tongue and groove ceilings.He was pleasant to work with and Luke did an excellent job! I definitely would recommend this company by far,,, awesome intricate and special work done on our loghome which looks exceptional!..Thankyou Robert and Luke!!
