        Really happy to have found Gary at E&M motors. The dealer said something needed to be fixed and I wanted a second opinion. After looking at it, Gary fixed only what needed to be fixed instead of replacing an entire pump, which is what the dealer said needed to be done. I am happy to have found a auto repair shop I can trust. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

        Requested an appointment online. Never received a call back or email from them. Maybe an oil change and tire rotation wasn't enough to motivate them to respond. In any event, suggests customer service is lacking. If a business offers online scheduling, there should at least be an acknowlegement.
