Could not have had a better experience. Capt Tony knows his craft well. Our crew had many doubles, even had a triple once. Roomy boat (4 grown men) nice equipment and knows the water. He will put you on the fish too. Highly recommend chartering him. Heck, he also does scallop charters (in season) so you could do both, fish half a day and scallop the other. Make memories for yourself, book a trip today. Oh, you will love the "Riverhaven Marina" and "Steinhatchee River Inn" too. It's like one big family down there and "you" are a part of it from the time you arrive. 5 stars doesn't do either of them justice. 10 stars FTW ...

Absolutely fantastic experience with Captain Tony! He put us on fish in less than ideal conditions and was very flexible in his methods to maximize the catch. Very comfortable boat and high quality equipment. Most importantly, hes a great guy, knowledgeable of the entire area, and fun to be around. Looking forward to fishing with him again soon!

I had a great time this weekend with my best friend and Captain Tony Mathis! We limited out on keeper trout on Saturday in about 5 hours. We had well over 100 fish caught, with many doubles hook ups and even some triple hook ups. I will tell you what I saw from this captain. A man that will try to get you fish period. He has a great personality, that me and my friend liked. He put us on fish! Period. He even tried like the devil to get us fish the last day, even with weather approaching. But when it came to it. He called the game on account of rain! Which I respect This Captain gave advice on the best restaurants to eat and he was correct. Another trip is booked for November!
