Cant speak for everyone else experience but its always a positive vibe here its like steakhouse but for morning folks. No place is perfect but I will say ihop employees will correct your order or fix it if you are unsatisfied. They did have a leaky roof the last time I went but they were trying to manage that last time I went so overall cool place in my opinion lots of seats and family friendly.

We have been to this IHOP several times and we are typically left waiting for quite a while, we assume due to staffing issues and have to be there longer than wed like.
However, we went yesterday and had the pleasure of having Shanekia (I hope I spelled that correctly!) as our waitress. She was extremely polite, accommodating to our toddler wanting to order her own food (along with her special request) and overall an extremely pleasant person to encounter. Wed love to have her as our waitress again!
Kid-friendliness: We were allowed to substitute the egg and meat that came with the silver dollar pancakes for the strawberries and bananas as our daughter prefers.
