        I ordered what I thought was a dozen of roses for $120 plus, and a $10 delivery tip, however 9 roses was delivered. Same thing happened to buddy of mine. I'm not sure who or why Julia's Florest thought was exceptable on Valentines Day but it wasn't. Even the advertisement photo had atleast 11 roses. It sounds as though someone at Julia's Florist skimmed on roses to make their profit charge from their delivery contractor. Shame on you for that. Who orders 9 roses. Why advertise products and not deliver what people pay for. I will never buy from your shady business again. Shame on you.

      Mr. Moore, we are so sorry for this misunderstanding. You did not pay $120 for a dozen roses, the price for the roses was $80 and delivery to the prison and tax was added as well as you choosing to tip the driver. We are not a shady business, had you called to discuss replacement or an alternative we would be glad to make that happen. We do not want our customers to feel as if they have been cheated. We will send Missy a dozen roses on Tuesday to compensate for your frustration.
