        I was mislead, lied to and felt that I was being over charge and treated like a dead beat. I was never explain the services and or fee  got diffident prices for the same services, this doctor wanted a blank check before he even see you and I have Insurance. Wanting my highly personal financial information with no secure protection. His office personal did not know what the other was doing...
